Using your Asana Calendar is a tool that will help you:
- Ensure you’re making a good use of your time
- You are fulfilling important tasks and prioritizing some tasks over others
- You are getting closer to your Rocks for the quarter
- You are more organized and precise to get tasks done
- You and your manager have full visibility and transparency of what you’re working on
Steps:
- Log into Asana and on the top left corner you will find a tab called “My Tasks” as seen on the image below:

- By clicking on “My Tasks” you will have the calendar view of your tasks and assignments
- Add all the necessary tasks to the date which you will complete them as seen below:

- After creating the task, click on it and assign a date and project* to it.
- Your project is the name of your role as seen below:

- This will help you keep track of your tasks, check them off and get organized.
- Once you’ve finalized the task, mark complete as seen below:

- Do this on a daily basis.
